General Information

• Stabling - Stables available at the Showgrounds, booked & paid through Nominate - Please pay with entries on Nominate.
• Camping available, please pay on Nominate $25 unpowered site, $30 powered site
• Canteen available

Conditions of Entry

• The event will be held at the Gunnedah Showground.

• All riders must be a member of Namoi Horse Association

• Please note that it is the competitors responsibility to ensure that their registration and membership is up to date prior to entering the competition.

• The organising committee reserves the right to alter or cancel any competition at its discretion.

• Late entries for showjumping only will be accepted on the day, however these will be accompanied by a late entry fee of $10 per horse / rider combination.

• This event will be conducted in accordance with EA rules except where FEI rules apply. Please refer to current rule book, 01/01/24 https://www.equestrian.org.au/sites/default/files/CLEAN_NATIONAL_DRESSAGE_RULES_1_JANUARY_2024.pdf

• The showjumping will be conducted in accordance with EA National Jumping Rules 01/01/24 https://www.equestrian.org.au/sites/default/files/EA_National_Jumping_Rules_CLEAN_01_01_2024.pdf

•  The onus is on the competitor to know and follow the most current rules.

• Scratching will be accepted up to the closing date. Refunds as per EA rules.

• Showjumping - horses may compete in two consecutive levels only

• Stallions must wear a “Green Disc” displayed on either the saddle cloth or bridle.

• Horses or riders not entered in the event may not be ridden/or ride in the designated competition area during the event.

• Green horses may be ridden around the competition area if the rider is a member of Namoi Horse Association.

• Dependent on predicted weather and entries start time may be brought forward to 7:30am

• Dogs must always be on a lead.
