 Showjumping Training 

A relaxed, supportive day for riders to practise their rounds and build confidence!

• 3 rounds – $5 each (Members) 3 rounds over two heights
• 3 rounds – $10 each (Non-Members) 3 rounds over two heights
• Cross rails to 1mtr

🌿 Cross Country Training

Throw in some cross-country training to complete your day of training

• Water jump will have water in it 
• Grab your coach and organise a clinic! 

• Non-members can enjoy Saturday’s SJ only – all riders must be a member to go XC 

🍔 Saturday Afternoon 

All members and volunteers are invited to a relaxed Sausage Sizzle after jumping — our way of saying thank you for your support!

Sausage sizzle - $3.50 

Stay the night, join us at the bar with friends and make a weekend of it for some early morning training Sunday

Yards for members new and old, will be discounted to $10 for the entire weekend

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Failure to comply with these rules could result in elimination from the event or removal from the grounds.

• Riders making use of any WHT facilities must be a member of WHT and of Equestrian Australia or Pony Club Australia. Riders will need to put their membership number when entering.  Please see our page for further details.https://warwickhorsetrials.com.au/membership

• A HORSE HEALTH DECLARATION form must be completed for each horse brought onto the WHT grounds. (These must be handed in to the office upon arrival for an event or left in the sleeve provided on the outside wall of the office if unattended)

• All riders upon entry to WHT grounds MUST wear an approved helmet at all times whilst mounted.

• If on the Cross Country course, an approved Safety Vest MUST be worn at all times (whether competing or training).
• All riders training on the Cross Country course must be accompanied by an adult.

• Driving on the course is restricted to designated roadways.

• Horses on the WHT grounds must be restrained at all times.

• Dogs on the WHT grounds must be restrained at all times.

• All stallions are to be identified by the green “stallion ID disk” at all times.

• Hirer’s accept responsibility for their own actions.

• Taps and lights are to be turned off immediately after use.

• All facilities must be left clean, tidy and rubbish free.

If you have not paid for the use of a yard or power, do not use either!

CAMPING AT WHT:

Warwick Horse Trials welcomes campers for events and clinics. 

• Portable or electric tape yards are not permitted.

• WHT yards and panels are not to be moved or altered in any way.

• Campfires are permitted subject to government fire bans. Timber may be collected from around the grounds, however, such timber must be debris.

FEES:

We require prepayment for ALL bookings. All bookings through nominate.com.au.

Cross Country Course Hire:

• WHT Members only: $28 per horse per day +GST

Yards:

• $10 for the weekend 

Camping:

• Powered: $45 per site per night +GST
• Non-powered: $35 per site per night +GST
