Please note that you should enter the class at the level your horse is at currently. Use the current dressage tests as a guide for entering your lesson group.

House Keeping

• Please bring a plate of food to share for a group lunch with Katrin.
• Dogs must be on lead at ALL times
• Be prepared to help with duties, e.g. setup/pack up/ cleanup/ poo patrol/ raking arena
• Yards are to be left spotless, pick up ALL hay and manure
• Classes are listed by time slot when you book. If you want to book in and be with a friend you'll need to get booked in early with your friend to avoid disappointment! 
• The levels of class (pre-lim / Novice relate to your horses ability as well as your own.) ie: if you're on a very green horse please book into a pre-lim session etc.
• If a session isn't available that you want (in terms of level) don't worry too much as Katrin will cater to your ability regardless of your pairing.
• Whilst you are booking into a specifc time slot there may be some last minute tweeks if we need to consolidate entries therefore a timetable will be sent out the week before.

Conditions of Entry

• The DREA policy is that we must receive BOTH your entry form AND payment before your requested lesson is secured. Our closing date to establish if we run this clinic is 6th October 24. If we don't get sufficient entries we cannot run the clinic!
• Please note, it is the responsibility of the rider to find a replacement for their lesson if they are no longer able to attend. If a replacement is found, payment will be refunded. If a rider cancels more than 14 days before the clinic, 50% of payment may be refunded. If a rider cancels less than 14 days before the clinic, no payment will be refunded. There may be a waiting list for a clinic which can assist riders, but this is not always the case.
