Camping is North Truck Park only.

Admin Fee: 4 Bales of shavings

Additional shavings are to be ordered at time of booking Maximum of 4 additional bales .

Stable bonds are refunded through nominate after the event once stables are confirmed clean by SEIC.

Camping is allocated as bookings are received

Arrival at SEIC: after 12pm Thursday only
