The event will be open to PCWA and Open PCWA members (18+ who have annual PCWA Insurance). This is Leaderboard event, with rosettes up to 3rd place and many great prizes from our generous sponsors below



Heights will start at 40cm and up to 100cm, additional heights will be available dependent on interest and there must be a minimum of 5 riders to run higher heights. Riders can compete in 3 rounds, they may ride 2 rounds of the same height but the second round will be non-competitive.
Fees are as follows: $20 per round, $10 ground fee per horse, $10 Medic aid fee
Helper duties will now be through Signup and will be available for selection via Signup https://sigup.com/ on Wednesday 9th April in the PM. All riders must provide a helper or self-help without exception, if you do not sign up you will be allocated a job. Limited self-help available on a first in best dressed basis. Self-help is not available to riders with more than 1 horse.
For each horse entered there needs to be a nominated helper over the age of 16 to complete a helper job, i.e 2 horses = 2 helper jobs. You cannot list another rider as your helper.
If helper does not present after 10 minutes of helper duty start time, the rider of helper will be eliminated.
Registration commences at 8.00am Jumping Commences at 8.30am – PCWA membership cards or proof of insurance must be shown at office before you ride – no proof no ride.
Pony club uniform to be worn for PCWA members. Non-members full uniform jackets and long sleeved collard shirt.

***For this event, for competitors’ safety, an ambulance and paramedic will be on-site in a position designated by the organising officials. The ambulance will remain in this position for the duration of the competition unless attending to a medical situation. For non-medical-related enquiries regarding medical services, including siting of the ambulance vehicle, must be made via the event official prior to the event.
PONY CLUB WA – NO DOG POLICY
• This is a Pony Club WA event, and the policy of NO DOGS will be strictly adhered to. Failure to abide by this policy may result in the elimination of rider(s). Assistance animals approved by the Department of Local Government; Sport & Cultural Industries are exempt from this rule. Persons with an Assistance Animal may be requested to provide their approval documentation.
Other information
Competitors must have PCWA insurance cover. Membership cards or proof of Insurance must be shown before riding. All riders must present to office before riding.
EA members who wish to ride or compete in any PCWA event are able to purchase an annual PCWA Competitor Participant insurance from the PCWA website.
Horse /Rider combinations may choose to do 3 consecutive heights or do more than one round at the same height, but there is a maximum of 2 rounds.
Riders must wear long sleeve shirts (open competitors) or Pony Club uniform (PCWA classes).
All riders must be gear checked before competing. PCWA gear checking rules will apply for all classes and competitors are responsible for being aware of these rules.
Competitors must notify the organisers of withdrawal prior to close of entries to obtain a refund minus $10 admin fee. After this date, a refund will only be given if a Vet or Doctors certificate is received by the organiser within 2 weeks of the event.
Organisers reserve the right to amend/ join classes as required and have the absolute discretion to refuse entry to, or eject any competitor from any class, event or series for any reason. Organisers reserve the right to reschedule any event Organisers reserve the right to determine and amend prizes for each and any class, event or the series according to the level of entries or any other reason.
Log Fence Pony Club, its committee, judges, officials nor the PCWA accept liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies Riders, grooms, spectators, owner, helpers or any persons or property whatsoever.
