Must be Allora Members to Participate
Ribbons to 6th place for each class.
Class 1: Preparatory 1 (2023) Class 7: Elementary 3.1
Class 2: Preparatory 2 (2023) Class 8: Elementary 3.2
Class 3: Preliminary 1.1 Class 9: Medium 4.1
Class 4: Preliminary 1.2 Class 10: Medium 4.2
Class 5: Novice 2.1 Class 11: Lead Rein 2
Class 6: Novice 2.2
- Maximum 2 classes per horse over 2 consecutive levels, maximum 2 horses per rider.
- Classes will be split into Junior primary (12yrs & under), Junior Secondary (13 – 18yrs) Senior (18 yrs& over) & Master riders (50 yrs +).
- Classes 11 & 12 are for riders Under 12 only. Rider may have a different ‘leader’ for each test.
- Presentation will be held at the close of competition.
- Copies of the Tests and rules: are available on EA Australia website. www.equestrian.org.au.
- Lead Rein tests will be emailed once nominations for this class are received.
- These classes are run under the EA rules for Dressage that cover both horse equipment and rider apparel.
- Formal presentation of horse and rider required
- The draw will be posted on Nominate and emailed to competitors.

Class 1: Cross Rails Class 5: 80cm
Class 2: 50cm Class 6: 90cm
Class 3: 60cm Class 7: 1.00m
Class 4: 70cm Class 8: 1.10m
Maximum 2 classes per horse over 2 consecutive levels
A rider can have no more than 2 horses per height class
No limit on number of horses per rider
These classes are run under the EA rules for Dressage that cover both horse equipment and rider apparel.
Camping on the grounds $30 powered site includes 1 stable, $20 unpowered. Extra stables & yards $10 per night, must be left clean. Can be booked via Nominate when you do your entries.
FREESTYLE DRESSAGE TRAINING SESSION

We have a FREE training session on Saturday 12th October.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- All riders MUST be a member of Allora Show Society to compete. Membership applications are completed via Nominate.
- No telephone or late entries. All nominations, including membership applications, are via Nominate.
- Entrants ride at their own risk and no responsibility will be taken for loss or damage to rider, horse, spectator or equipment.
- The committee reserves the right to alter an event on the program.
- The judges decision is final.
- If a class exceeds 20 entries, the class may be divided into Division A and B. Classes will only be split by decision of organisers.
- EA now have a no smoking policy. This policy does not allow smoking inside the arena and in/around the canteen area.
- Stallion Owners: Green stallion disks must be identifiable on both sides of the stallion. Stallions must abide by EA Stallion guidelines.
- The organisers reserve the right to accept or reject entries.
- Entry fees will not be refunded after close of entries, unless a Veterinary or Doctors certificate is produced within 14 days of the event. In the case of cancellation of the event, an administration fee percentage of entries may be retained by the organisers.
- Supervision of horses is the sole responsibility of the owner/rider and any horse or competitor behaving in a disruptive or dangerous manner may be eliminated and asked to leave the venue.
- No horses are permitted to warm up inside the dressage arenas, even prior to the commencement of the competition.
- No horses are to be tied up inside the competition arena.
- No lunging of horses inside the competition arena at any time.
- No horses that are not nominated to compete are to be ridden in the competition arena.
- No 3rd party warmup allowed (unless lead-line). (No lessons to be given to people warming up)
- All unmounted individuals must be on the fence line and warm up assistance is to be done by use of electronic aids. i.e. mobile phone and ear buds.
- Maximum of 6 mounted riders in the warmup area at any one time
