All riders must be EA registered to ride this is an official ODE you all need a tagged helmet. We will have a person who can tag on the day. For the Cross Country you will need a back protector and number holder. Horse Health decs need to be filled in nominating, you must not bring a sick horse onto the grounds PIC QFCY0826 Compulsory Ambulance fee $20 per rider No refunds after close of entries unless cancellation of event. Refunds per EA ruling Powered Camping $25 per weekend 140 horse yards available $20 per weekend No electric fences allowed Dogs must always be kept on a leash and are not allowed in club house. Canteen and Bar will be open in club house. Saturday night is $20 for dinner and dessert under 14’s $10 , This is not a Hendra Mandated event. Open to all riders and horses.
