This is a wonderful opportunity to participate in a relaxed day of coaching, obstacle training and Judge mentoring.   CEI Committee and Club Members will be given first priority for the limited spaces available.

Activities include 
* Private Lessons (can include protocol test) - $75 x 45 mins 
* Obstacles with guidance - $80 x 50 mins 
* Obstacle Course hire - $30 x 30 mins OR $15 x 15 mins
* Judge's mentoring with live judging - $35 x 2 hours

Presenters:
CAROLYN JAMES - An FEI Level 3 Eventing Judge, EA Dressage Judge and EA L1G Coach.  Carolyn has judged many of Australia’s finest riders and will be providing private lessons (which can include a protocol test).  A fantastic opportunity not to be missed!

GLYNIS DICKINSON - Glynis, who has years of WEQ experience, will be conducting the Obstacle Course with Guidance.  Learn how to acquire those extra couple of points trying to navigate that particular difficult obstacle.

MELISSA RUSH - Melissa is one of the two ONLY Australian WAWE Judge Candidates. She is also an ANWEL accredited Judge and Judge Educator with extensive experience.

The Judge's Mentoring with Live Judging - a 2 hour on course session x $35 - will be conducted by Melissa and Glynis.  This will involve a variety of riders riding a full course, as if at a competition.  The scores will be discussed in depth as a group and the Judges will be assisted and guided in the determination of their results.  (ANWEL accredited Judges will receive preference however riders will be considered).

Places for all Classes are limited so get your entries in early!
Entries open on 28th November and close on 20th January.

Camping/Stabling (see entry form)
Powered camp sites will be available - $35 per night
Day stabling will be available - $55 per day (includes 1 x bedding) + refundable bond of $95 (stable must be cleaned out to receive bond refund).
Overnight stabling requires purchase of 2 additional bedding @ $17 each.

With new SIEC charges and in an effort to keep the entry fees as low as possible we are unable to give our usual members and commitee discounts for this event.  CEI will be subsidising the ground fees for the day.

If spaces are available, non-members wishing to enter will pay an additional $10 for every class.  (Please note member's final invoice will show a $10 charge and credit). 

Cancellations:  In the event that you are unable to attend no refund will be given, however you may transfer your entry to another person.  If this should happen, please inform us asap.

Should the event be cancelled due to inclement weather, entry fees will be refunded less the Administration Fee and Nominate processing fee.

CEI reserves the right to cancel any of the classes that do not reach minimum entries.
