Entry Qualification for Police & Emergency Service category (See below for Open)
NSW Police employees (including volunteers in policing)
Full-time NSW government employees with a law enforcement role;
Fire and Rescue NSW
NSW Ambulance
NSW State Emergency Service
NSW Department of Community and Justice
NSW Rural Fire Service
NSW Sheriffs office
NSW Mines Rescue
Australian Federal Police (posted to NSW)
Australian Defence Force (posted to NSW)
VRA Rescue NSW
Doctors, Nurses and Midwifes Association NSW
Retired and imediate family members from each of these agencies are also encouraged to take part

All Entrants/Riders must have their own current personal EA Competitor insurance.
Riders over 12 years of age and over.
(All Excemptions via application process, requires approval before entry)

Entry Qualification for Open Classes

All Entrants/Riders must have their own current personal EA Competitor insurance

Note for ALL competitors

Stallions not permitted to be ridden/handled by anyone under 18 years of age. (No Excemptions)
Stallions must be under control by owner/rider at all times and must be stabbled in a stallion stable when not ridden..
Identification: Compulsory green bridle identification must be worn at all times outside of the stable/yard.

Campanion Animals: Campanion horses/ponies, are not permitted on the grounds. All horses on the grounds must be booked into at least one showjumping and/or dressage event.
DOGS - Dogs are allowed by Stonewall but must be on a lead at all times.
Assistance/Guide Dogs: Australian legislation gives a person with their Guide Dog the right to enter all public places.

Rules:

1. In the case of bad weather, incidents or cancellation updates will be posted on our social media page - it is your responsibility as a entrant to check for updates.
2. All Participants/entrants must hold EA insurance. All details are to be supplied on entry and insurance is to be valid at date of competition.
3. No Campanion Animals (Horses/ponies) are to be on the grounds
4. DOGS: Allowed by Stonewall but must be ona lead and controlled at all times.
5. All BYO yards are not allowed, Stabbling is available and can be booked directly through Stonewall (via Global) 200 stables available
6. No more than 2 horses per rider.
   One rider per horse over the duration of the games
7. Maximum of 3 competitive classes per day per horse, Day 1 Dressage and Day 2 Showjumping.
8. Games will run in accordance with EA and the NSW Police Games rules, regulations and the Police NSW Equestrian Club constitution.
9. Australian Standards approved riding helmets and correct riding footwear must be warn by ALL riders when riding including classes and all warm up areas.
10. Service or Agency uniforms are permitted for serving riders only, however not required. (Under 18 / non serving members are not permitted to ride in service attire.)
11. NSW Police Games medals will be awarded in all classes/categories 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
12. Champion will be awarded in all Police & Emergency Services category championship sections. Thank you to our wonderful sponsor Ranvet.
13. Police and Emergency Services Point Score will take the 2 championship classes for Dressage and 2 highest showjumping classes for each entrant Thankyou to our wonderful Sponsor Capricorn Australia.
14. Dressage will run to scheduled time no exceptions.
15. Showjumping run as a whiteboard draw however classes will close after a 5 minute call from the steward. 
16. Gear and Horse welfare checks will be completed.
17. Any mistreatment to other entrants, volunteers, judges, horses or dogs will not be tollerated.
18. All complaints are to be lodged at the committee desk in writing within 20 minutes of the issue.
19. Competition rules apply, Committee decision is final.
20. Changes can be made by the entrant through nominate only until closing date, fees apply, no exemptions.
