CONDTIONS OF ENTRY

1. The organisers/committee of Ranch Horse Society of Western Australia reserve the right to cancel, alter or combine any events they seem necessary on the day. The committee, judges and officials DO NOT accept liability for any accident, loss, damage, illness or injury to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. ENTRY TO GROUNDS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

2. All riders under 18 must wear a current approved safety helmet and riding boots at all times when mounted on their horse/pony.

3. NO PLAITING – Ranch horses are to be thoroughly cleaned and groomed/well presented, however absolutely NO plaiting, NO false tails, NO makeup

4. Absolutely NO twisted wire bits, tiedowns, bitless bridles (apart from Bosals) or martingales. All tack must be Ranch Horse Association of Australia Legal and be in accordance with the current RHAA rulebook (found on RHAA website)

5. This event (and all RHSWA events) is run in accordance with the Ranch Horse Association of Australia Rulebook, all rules must be abided by at all times

6. Ranch Horse Society of Western Australia reserves the right to interpret all rules & make a decision where any dispute arises.

7. If you are not a direct member of Ranch Horse Society of Western Australia, you will need to fill in the DAY MEMBERSHIP FORM and pay $25 day membership, this need to be filled with your online entry.

8. NO DOGS allowed on the grounds.

9. No Judge is to be approached at any time. If you have a query, please go to the Club rooms and seek out a RHSWA committee member to help you with your query.

10. PLEASE PICK UP ALL YOUR HORSES MANURE, IN THE YARD, AT FLOAT AND IN CAR PARK

11. CAMPING IS AVAILABLE BUT MUST BE ORGANISED WITH DARDANUP EQUESTRIAN CENTRE, please contact them directly to book camping

12. There will be NO REFUNDS without a vet certificate or doctor’s letter

13. There will be no entries on the day. Please enter via Nominate website

14. All horses present at the show grounds must be entered in the show

15. All riders, and person’s entering the arena must wear western attire including a western hat, long sleeved collared shirt, jeans/western style pants, and boots.

16. No horse under 3 years of age may be exhibited under saddle

17. All riders must display their exhibit number at all times during the event
