PROGRAM, RULES AND REGULATIONS

It is assumed that by entering Berry Riding Club Interschool Equestrian Championship 2026 that the entrant and/or their parent/carer has read IN FULL the Program as provided on Nominate, and agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations as set out in this document.   

MEMBERSHIP

Riders MUST be a financial member of Berry Riding Club or Equestrian Australia to participate. Event Membership is offered for this event. Riders must first sign up via the Memberships page on Nominate before submitting their entry.  

FAMILIES

PLEASE NOTE: Each rider will require a separate entry on Nominate. For the second (and subsequent) child(ren) there is a discount that can be applied.    

CAMPING

Limited primitive camping is available at the Berry Equestrian Centre. There is no power or shower facilities. Campers must provide their own yards. On site camping is to be booked separately via Nominate.

Camping is available nearby at the Berry Showground, where there are powered and non-powered sites, and horse yards. Bookings must be made by contacting the Berry Showground manager via email [email protected] or 0427 605200. You must advise that you are part of Interschools. 

VOLUNTEERS

We require assistance from volunteers across the 3 days. Please ensure you help out where you can. Each entry must nominate a volunteer. There is the opportunity to select specific volunteer duties. Thank you in advance for your help!

UPDATES

Please ensure your email contact details are correct, and you are using an email address you can access during school holidays - we send out all competition details to the email address used on this entry. 

Make sure you follow the Berry Riding Club Interschool Equestrian Championship Facebook page for updates in the lead up to the competition. Copies of the program will be published on the FB page and the BRC website.
