CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. To be eligible for this competition the rider must be registered with Equestrian Australia for insurance purposes.
   Official classes - require an EA competitor membership
   Unofficial classes – require an EA Participant membership
   HRC members are eligible for a discount of $10 per class
2. Horses that have previously won a Preparatory test may enter but are required to enter HC. 
   Please note Prep tests will be conducted in a 60m x 20m arena.
3. The official gear check is to be done immediately after the rider has completed their test.

4. Callers are permitted.
5. Horses may compete at no more than two consecutive levels.
6. A maximum of two horses per rider and two tests per horse.
7. A horse and rider combination can only enter each test once, where there are 2 or more groups of the same test only one may be entered.
8. Stallions may be ridden by persons over 18 years of age.  
   Please ensure the horse displays the green discs as per the EA guidelines and park your vehicle behind show jump 4 near the sheep.
9. Helmets must be EA approved, tagged and worn at all times when mounted.
10. All ribbons & prizes are to be collected on the day.
11. Current Dressage rules can be accessed via equestrian.org.au  It is your responsibility to know the rules.
12. A timed draw will be emailed prior to the event.
13. Refunds will not be considered after closing date unless a written Veterinarian Certificate (horse) or Medical Certificate (rider) is submitted.  A 50% refund will be offered on the entry less an admin fee. No other refunds after closing.
14. Please note that dogs will not be allowed on the grounds for any reason.  You will be asked to leave the grounds if you bring your dog.
