Course set-up:  5:00 pm all hands to help set up and pack down after the event.

First aid fee: $5 plus $5 ground feE

Cancellations: In the event of cancellation and no new date being set we will refund riders. An Admin fee of 10% per rider will be deducted from the nomination.

Scratching: In the event of a rider scratching, a Dr or Vet certificate must be provided to be eligible for a refund. This must be provided within three days from the date of the event. An admin fee of 10% per rider will be deducted from the nomination.
