Join Sydney Working Equitation (SWEQ)  for lessons with Megan Joerg and Club Day on Sunday 31st May 2026. 

Megan Joerg is an ANWE Coach, EA Level 2 Dressage Coach and Level 2 General Coach.   Megan has competed at ANWE Competitions and is a Masters Champion.  Megan has many years of experience in riding, compting, training and coaching at all levels.  

Megan's lessons will focus on how to compete successfully in Working Equitation.  The lessons will run as 1 hour lessons for 2 individuals at a time, and will include both a Dressage component and riding obstacles. 

We will also set up an obstacle course for those who wish to just particpate in our regular Club Practice Day and not have a lesson with Megan. 

Cost for Megan's Lessons 

SWEQ Members - $90 each (entry fee partially subsidised by SWEQ) includes entry to our Club Practice Day 

NON SWEQ Members - $110 includes entry to our Club Practice Day 

OUR ADDRESS :  325 Sackville Rd Wilberforce (coming from Windsor the nearest cross street is IronBark Drive on the left. Drive past Ironbark Drive and put your left indicator on and look for the  Woodlands Park Pony Club sign). 

Our venue is huge with plenty of float parking, day yards, a purpose built sand dressage arena and a large fenced in warm up area and 2 large grass areas.

The following rules apply to SWEQ events: 

  • Apon arrival please present to the organisers for sign in at the Clubhouse
  • Helmets in accordance with current Australian Standards are complusory and must be worn during all ridden activities. 
  • No stallions allowed without prior approval from the Organising Committee. 
  • No dogs allowed.
  • Only registered and paying participants may enter the obstacle and ridden areas. 
  • Only registered and paying participants may ride. 
  • Participants are required to either help set up or pack up obstacles. 
  • There are only 10 day yards on the grounds which may only be used by horses registered in the event.
