Woohoo, it's almost... Christmas!  Come along to our final Club day for 2024 where it will be an 'anything goes' kinda day. Wear your best Christmas outfits, choose whatever you would like to do; practice your dressage test, do a few show jump rounds, try schooling a few cross country jumps, cruise around our beautiful Equestrian Reserve with fellow Club members or chance the Mystery Event.  This will be a great day to try some new activities with your horse, cruise around, catch up for a chat and enjoy some much deserved end of the year Christmas cheer. 

• Open from: 10am to 2pm
• Catering by Wally Wombat Cafe
• Ice Cream treats
• Prizes for best dressed
• Don't forget the drawing of our Mystery Raffle - get your tickets on the day before the draw or BUY NOW
• Entry to the Equestrian Reserve via 27 Canobolas Road 

GENERAL INFORMATION

• This is a short format (10am to 2pm) Club member day; relaxed, fun, friendly, family orientated and supportive is always our focus.
• Choose whatever activity you would like to participate in.
• A show jumping course will be built. Riders are responsible for picking up any rails and any changes in heights. 
• Cross country will be open for schooling individual fences - not riding courses.
• There will be no dressage judge
• Mystery Event will take place at 12:30pm
• Junior riders must be riding independently and to ride cross country, must be over 12 yrs of age
• Stallions must be pre-approved before attending. Please contact the Club before you enter.

• Please park responsibly. Follow directional signage.
• Your health, safety and well-being is our priority. If you are feeling unwell please do not attend. COVID safety protocols are encouraged: maintain social distancing, wash your hands. Hand santizer will be available
• The Equestrian Reserve has a number of holding yards and unless marked as 'reserved' for the committee these are available on a first come first serve basis.
• There is a toilet block and access to water (located near amenities block and near middle yards)
• Photographs may be taken on the day and used to help promote the club.  If you do not wish your photo to be taken please advise the photographer.

DRESS CODE

• Riding clothes with proper riding boots
• EA approved helmet
• EA approved vest if riding cross country
• Plaiting is NOT required
• Competition attire is NOT required
• In the event of warm weather please remember to wear your hat, sunscreen, cover up and enjoy the shade - compliments of our lovely Eucalypts.
