Galston Equestrian Club Dressage Event

All current EA members and GEC members can enter

Scoring will be done on the Nominate Scoreboard App so your test papers will be emailed to you. 

This competition will be run according to EA Dressage Rules effective 1 January 2023.  To enter the rider must be a current finanacial member of either GEC or Equestrian Australia (EA).  The classes are NOT Official classes, therefore horses & ponies do NOT require EA regsitration.

02 - EA Prep Test 3   Closed Unrestricted - GEC & EA members

03 - EA Prelim 1.1     Closed Unrestricted - GEC & EA members

04 - EA Prelim 1.2    Closed Unrestrcited - GEC & EA members

05 - EA Novice 2.1    Closed Unrestricted - GEC & EA members

06 - EA Novice 2.2  Closed Unrestricted - GEC & EA members

07 - EA Elementary 3.1 Closed  Restricted - GEC Members only

08 - EA Medium 4.1 Closed Restricted - GEC Members only 

Neither the Organising Committee of any competition to which these rules apply nor the EA accepts any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, grounds, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.

Dress – Club T-shirt or Plain Polo Shirt, light coloured jodhpurs. Plaiting and jackets are NOT required.

Callers are allowed for all tests.  

All classes are on grass arenas. 

Cost of entry per class: GEC Members $30

                                           EA Members $35

All entries must be done on NOMINATE closing 17th May. 

Bridle Number is encouraged

Notes for Entry

Closed Unrestricted classes - to enter rider must be a GEC Member or an EA Member 

Closed Restricted classes - open to GEC Members only 

Maximum two tests per horse and rider combination

ONE horse per rider and no stallions.
A horse can be entered at two consecutive levels
