Guidelines for Stabling, Camping, and Cabin Bookings.

Stabling

Please supply the SHCA registered name of each horse you are booking a stable for.

Camping

Please supply the overall combined vehicle length. For example, car + gooseneck = 12 meters. If your combination contains an awning or pop-out, please specify whether this is located on the driver's or passenger's side.

Cabins

Please note that cabin bookings are an expression of interest at this stage.Once allocated an email advising will be sent to compete booking.

Access on Saturday 5th April is limited competitors travelling over 600km.

Access to the grounds on Saturday, 5th April and Sunday, 6th April, from noon.

All other days from 5.00 am

The stabling office will open at 6:30 AM each morning and close for lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. Contact details will be available on the office window for emergencies.
