Lets Get Excited !!

We have booked the grounds from Thursday to Saturday, with Saturday being our May Rally with normal rally day instruction.  We have set the camp up to allow you all to choose when you want to attend and keeping the costs to a minimum.

The program

Thursday Camping - for families who want to come stay the full campover, this will be self catered (byo food) and a casual trail ride around the grounds on offer.

Friday Camping - will be club catered (Morning Tea,Lunch, Dinner and  Breaky Saturday) with  arranged activities across the day. Some families may prefer to just do the Friday camp. (non rider members just pay the camp fee.) .

Saturday - May Rally

Families are asked to bring cake, biscuits, or the like to share for morning and afternoon tea's.

We have set the fees up so members can select the relevant options that apply to their individual plans.

Camp Fee $20 per person capped at $ 60 per family. 

Camp rider fee is $20 per person (thursday/Friday)

Rally cap is $40 per person (or prepaid) as per normal rally.

Our program will be sorted and shared once we have final numbers.  Adult Pony Club riding members are welcome to participate.

Saturday will be normal rally, and riders are free to attend rally only.
