Set up 8am Saturday, followed by Familiarisation for all competitors until 12pm
Riders who don't wish to compete can still book a Familiarisation spot via Nominate - $25
Dressage from 12:30 pm Saturday for all levels
EoH 1 from 1pm Saturday for Introductory
All other phases on Sunday
BADWE Members $80
Non-members $80 + $20 day membership / insurance (only payable once for the weekend)
BADWE half yearly membership for 2025/26 is available on Nominate
All riders must have an ANWE Levy number also available on Nominate.
Minimum age 4 years (responsible adult must be present)
Stables $15 & camping $15 - please book with your entry.
ALL riders/competitors must wear an approved safety helmet described in the ANWE Rule Books. Helmets must be tagged. This can be done on Saturday morning.
Equestrian Australian / Australian National Working Equitation / Horse Sports Australia do not endorse the use of soft hats and regulated/certified helmets are required to be worn to meet Australian health and safety standards.
All riders under the age of 18 must wear a certified safety riding helmet.

The Organisers reserve the right: To cancel any class or event; To divide any class; To transfer competitors between sections of a class; To alter the advertised times; To refuse any entry with or without stating the reason.
Refunds are available until closing date. Following this, a vet / doctor certificate is required for a partial refund.
All riders must assist on the day or provide a helper.
This competition will be conducted under the Australian National Working Equitation Ltd (ANWEL) Rule Books:

Competitors are responsible for knowing the rules.
✔ No Electric Fencing: EA rules apply. Please book stables and camping with your entry.
