HELP compulsory Riders must provide a Helper on the day OR attend a working bee for a minimum of 3 hours.

"Help on day" is packing up of arenas and SJ erection; "help on day steward" means you will provide a non riding helper as fence steward, penciller etc.
Please note Minimum age for XC jump judges is 16years
If your helper is to be a jump judge, could you ask them to take time to read the Jump judges instructions prior to the competition. This will enable them to effectively and confidently manage any falls at their jump.

MULTIPLE HORSES: A rider with more than one horse in the same class must abide by the draw. Classes will not be held up to accommodate riders with two horses. Refunds will not be given for riders who have not been able to participate in each phase.
ELIGIBILITY-
For EvA95 and CNC 1*, riders must be full financial members of EA riding EA reg horses with a current eventing license.
For EvA50, 65 and 80 classes, riders must be at least a Participant member of EA.

WATER - Please bring your own water
All manure and feed must be removed please ensure you bring a bucket or bag to take yours home!
LIABILITY - Neither NTEC or Midlands Pony Club, the organising committee, nor the PCAT, accepts liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground, spectators, or any other person or property whatsoever.
FIRST AID / VETERINARIAN – Private ambulance & a veterinarian will be onsite for the cross country (xc) & show jumping phase’s. All vet services incurred will be at the rider/owner's expense.
RESERVATION OF RIGHT - The organisers reserve the right to cancel any class or event; divide any class; alter the advertised starting times; and refuse any entry with or without stating the reason.
DRAW – The draw & programme will be forwarded to riders.
RULES - This event is run under the current EA Eventing rules for EA riders.
Important:
Helmets must have been tagged prior to the event by an official (however it may be possible to have them tagged before dressage commences )
Body protectors are compulsory for Cross-Country. A body protector manufactured after 2009 and labelled as complying with one of the following standards is mandatory effective January 1st 2020. EN13158:2009 level 3 BETA 2009 Level 3 EN13158:2018 level 3 BETA 2018 Level 3.
Medical armbands are necessary for riders with medical conditions.
Riders will need to provide a plastic back number holder
