BOOKINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT UNDER THE BELOW CIRCUMSTANCES: 

• On receipt of a Vet Certificate no later than within 48 hours after the scheduled Measuring.
• In the event the Measuring Day is cancelled before the close of bookings.
• In the event the Measuring Day is cancelled and not rescheduled / postponed to a later date.

*EV, SHCV, and Melbourne Royal measuring will be offered on the day. Bookings must be organised in advanced to ensure that you do not miss out on a timeslot. 

*EV life measuring will be invoiced on the day (card payments only). 

*Those who wish to compete in EV/EA relevant events/disciplines must have an EV/EA measurement. SHCV and Melbourne Royal measuring cards are not accepted at EV/EA or affiliated events.
