All riders must supply a helper who is required to be available on the day for jobs or attend a working bee. If you nominate a steward and then do not have one on the day you will NOT be able to ride. If you do not supply the name of a steward/ helper for the event or nominate yourself for a working bee, you will not be able to ride unless you have made prior arrangements considered acceptable to the organising committee.

Working bees /Setting up dressage arenas - TBA

All riders must be current EA members.

Riders who are not also a TEA member (NTEC, STEA or NWEA)will be charged an extra fee of $100         

Please note: no dogs are allowed at the event and strictly No Smoking
