Rules and Information
1
EA Safety Standards For Helmets and Other Attire
To ride at our clinics/competitions we require you to follow all current EA Standards which include an approved helmet and for competition this must also be tagged. Tagging is an easy way for the instructor to establish that you are riding with an approved helmet. Instructors can ask to inspect your helmet if it is not tagged. Each rider is expected to read and follow EA rules for each discipline they are riding in, including those covering horse welfare and equipment.
2
What happens if I cancel my lesson after the closing date?
If you decide to not attend your lesson, for any reason, after the closing date on nominate, you will still be required to pay for that lesson unless you can arrange for someone to replace you. Why? Most Instructors travel a fair distance to get to Inverell and will only do so, understandably, if they can have a guaranteed number of lessons. IF you do not pay it is not fair to them to be out of pocket or our group (which is non profit and not in the position to cover your cancellation).
3
Finding a replacement
In line with the above you can use the Club's fb page to find someone to fill your spot.
4
Refund Policy For Lessons and Clinics
If the lesson/clinic is cancelled due to the weather or by the instructor we will issue a full refund of any monies paid for the lesson not including processing costs by Nominate
5
Be Kind and Courteous
We are all volunteers. We try to keep everything as simple as possible so we can all enjoy our riding days!
OTHER INFORMATION
* If there are 3 riders or less in the group lesson the lesson duration will be 1 hour. All lesson times might have small adjustments depending on the numbers. We will try and make as few changes as necessary.
