When you nominate YOU CHOOSE YOUR OWN TIME, this cannot be edited by the rider. If you need to change your time, please email [email protected].  unless you arrange it with another rider nominated. There are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY CLASSES  after closing. It is your responsibility to find a replacement and that rider will pay you, otherwise monies will be forfeited. We must be notified of any Rider changes. 

IF THERE IS AN EXTREME WET WEATHER EVENT SOME EVENTING CLASS TIMES MAY CHANGE TIMES IF THE  EVENT IS CANCELLED THERE WILL BE REFUNDS MINUS AN ADMIN FEE

ALL RIDERS MUST BE 2026 FINANCIAL MEMBERS OF PONY CLUB OR EQUESTRIAN AUSTRALIA

ALL CROSS COUNTRY RIDERS MUST WEAR A BODY PROTECTOR.

Burpengary Pony Club and Burpengary Equestrian Centre are not liable for any loss or damage or injury to any person, property or animal. 

Horse Health Declaration must be handed in prior to riding.

If a refund is approved after close of nominations, a vet or medical certificate must be supplied. If you cannot make your lesson please let us know as we MAY have a wait list for some classes and it can be filled.
