CAMPING & STABLING:
Attached is a map of Nana Glen Equestrian Grounds, Labelled is areas that will be available to people who will be erecting their own EA approved yards.
Please also note the locations of our covered yards, stallion stables and uncovered yards- These will be alloacted and labelled by the organising comittee, please email if you have a preference and we will do our best to accomodate.
Only paying participants will be able to use stables and these must be cleaned of waste into the allocated collection areas on departure.
Any day parking (non towing cars) are to park on the grass outside the gates. Only towing vechiles to enter grounds.
MEMBERSHIP:
To be eligible for a member discount, you must be a current member of NCEC (This does not provide personal insurance) . To enter any classes you must be a current member of EA or NCEC . To Apply for NCEC membership, you must enter via Nominate Clubs

Mr Ed Coffee & Juice Cart
Will be available both days for Coffee, freshly squeezed juices, toasted turkish breads, croissants, sandwiches, cakes and snow cones!
Coramba Hotel
Come and join us for a wonderful meal at Coramba Hotel! One of NCEC's fantastic sponsors and perfect venue for after competition food and drinks! Only a 10 minute drive from the grounds. We will be heading there Saturday night as a comittee and encourage all who want a great feed and atmosphere to join!
VOLUNTEERING:
As a small committee we need lots of volunteers to make events like this as fabulous as they are. Please note we have added a volunteer levy to our fees. This will be refunded in the week following our event for those who partake in their selected volunteer role (this may also be someone nominated on your behalf). Please contact Lilli Bowen- 0401415358 and she will collect your information.
MEDICAL COVERAGE AND MEDICAL INFORMATION
Medical coverage for this event will be in accordance with the required level as specified in the Equestrian Australia National Eventing Rules, EA Annex D.1 CCN Medical and Veterinary Services. Acopy of this document is located online at: https://equestrian.org.au/eventing-rules
To ensure vital information is available to first aid or medical personnel, riders must ensure that they comply with Article 523.1 of the eventing rules:
a. Provide valid emergency contact information at time of entry and,
b. Athletes with a medical condition must wear either a medical data carrier or medical armband
