Dressage Protocol Day & Cross Country Training Rounds
Optional Lunch for Riders and Spectators
Wecome to our first ever Dressage Protocol Day at Fernances Creek.
A Dressage Protocol Day is a day when you choose and ride a test for a qualified judge. The judge marks the test and then gives you private feedback on how to improve upon your marks and movements. The feedback is private and will not be shared and you also take home the test paper.
There will be two rings with 2 judges and 1 cross country coach.
The Format of the Day:
Dressage
On the day, you will approach the judge in your ring and they will tell you how to proceed. You will have chosen one of the many tests listed and ride the test. For best results, you should know the test already. If you do not, it will be up to you to bring your own caller.
Each Dressage timeslot is strictly limited to 20 minutes. Each test takes about 4 minutes to ride and then you will have 15 minutes to talk to the judge and practice any movements.
Maximum 2 dressage tests per horse with a break in between.
Each test is $30.00 per timeslot
